Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at contact.unapologetically.desi@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift bundles that have been opened are not eligible for return unless defective.
